You can complete your new patient forms online before your visit, or arrive 15 minutes early to fill them out in our office.

Meet Dr. Tekle
Dr. Tekle will personally greet you, listen to your concerns, and conduct a thorough examination including digital X-rays to assess your oral health.
Your Personalized Plan
Dr. Tekle will explain her findings in plain language, outline your treatment options, and create a personalized care plan tailored to your needs and budget.
Begin Your Care
If you're comfortable, we can often begin treatment the same day. Otherwise, we'll schedule your next visit at a time that works for you.
