Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
No! You can refer as many friends and family members as you'd like. There's no limit to your rewards.
When do I receive my $25 credit?
Your credit is applied to your account once your referred friend completes their first appointment with us.
What if my referred friend doesn't complete the exam?
Both rewards are only valid once your friend completes their first appointment. If they cancel or don't show up, the rewards won't be applied.
Can my referred friend use their free exam immediately?
Yes! Your friend can book their appointment right away by calling us at (703) 820-8282 or visiting our booking page.
Can I refer existing patients?
The referral program is for new patients only. However, we'd love to give you other ways to earn rewards.
How do I know if my referral was successful?
We'll send you a confirmation email when your referral is received, and another when your friend completes their appointment.
